donate early

a tip for donating at the end of any year: donate early! especially if you're donating a significant amount. non-profits do year-end thank you campaigns, so donating early means that we don't have to rush on Jan 1st to add you to our thank you 20-- donor social media list, and thank you letter, and all the other random things that we get busy with.

so donate early! if you want to wait until the end of the year to see how much you can afford to give, try to donate before christmas as many non-profits take the week between christmas and the new year off. :)

december 2021 donation

this month I donated to planned parenthood because of all the good work they do. I went to them when I didn't have healthcare and was able to get on the pill, and yeah, I've also gotten an abortion there too.

so thank you planned parenthood for allowing me to not derail my life by being forced to have a child I didn't want and was in no way prepared for.
