life imitates... art?

so i have no idea is this is legit or not. but remember how in austin powers there was that bit about dolphins wit lasers on their heads? well, appt it just might be true. and it's our government that's behind it. (and no, gwb isn't dr evil. everyone knows it's actually condi running the show) problem is, katrina came along and now those assassin dolphins are missing. let's hope, and hope hard, for a hollywood ending.
